Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is very central, making it ideal for exploring Antigua, just one block away from the heart of the city. The rooms, however, are on the smaller side, which could be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. The service provided by the front desk staff, especially Esdras and Sara, is excellent, accommodating, and friendly.
The hotel had very small rooms, like postage stamps, which were quite damp and had locked ventilation. However, the rooms had large TVs for watching movies and hanging out. The service was extremely helpful with everything from booking trips to finding good restaurants, making me feel at home. The location was fantastic, near the center of town, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The dining options looked comprehensive and delicious, unlike most other hotels in Antigua. Overall, a mixed experience with cozy rooms but exceptional service and a great location.
The hotel's location couldn't be better, right in the middle of everything. The rooms, though noisy at times, were eclectic and adorned with charming Guatemalan fabric bedspreads. The service was top-notch with flexible staff but lacked food suggestions. Dining options were conveniently close by for a delightful experience. The dark street outside was a downside, but overall, a spotless and safe location.
